Based in Calgary, Alberta, Avenue Living Communities’ unique approach has made us one of the largest private real estate owners/operators in North America. Starting from humble beginnings in 2006 in Brooks, Alberta, we have since grown to acquire over $3.5 billion in assets under management across various asset classes, risk profiles, and primary/secondary North American markets. We now own and operate buildings throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba while continuing to expand into new markets.
